If you wish to become a member of Father Joseph O'Connell Council #3481 you must be a Catholic Gentleman over 18 years of age. You do not need to be a resident of Oceanside to join. When applying for membership you must be either be sponsored by a member in good standing or apply and meet with the executive Board. You would have to come down and fill out an application.
